Phoenix Cuiser Model 2400 floor plan "Without" a slide out, is a close cousin to your "ideal" floor plan. Without the slide out, you get a lot more wall space for a full-length couch-bed along that wall. Do the same on the passenger wall. If you want that bed longer yet, just have the factory make the wardrobe closet that much smaller.
Model 2400 is 24'-1" long on the E350 chassis. Add 5" if on the Sprinter. Factory-direct price starts at $76,130. Negotiate some options into it.
