I'd even renovate an existing C or A to get this. But it'd have to have all the basic stuff in the right place. Wasn't there a B+ almost like this, except it had twin couches? A BT Cruiser, perhaps?
I am not interested in those with rear twin beds. Well, maybe the Lazy Daze 27 mid-bath. The plan above features both a roomy bath and a roomy kitchen counter. For a 24 foot MH, that is.
I use to own a 79 Xplorer 272 class C that had the same floorplan as the one you show, was OK but moving the sheets every morning to get the dining seating area back and setting up the table and making beds again at night was becoming a head ache so I moved up to a class A.
