It takes practice but you can practice at home. Try making your bed at home while you're in it. :)
How do begin to make up one of those corner beds ?:? - OldRadiosExplorerWe are not over 6'. We have found width is more important to us than than length. the 60 X 74 is a normal queen width and the 74" we find is plenty long enough.
With the layout of the 26Q there is plenty of room to walk and still be able to hang a toe over if you want. - KristinUExplorerDon't rule out models with an RV short queen - our Winnie 31C has a base for a short queen, but the P.O. had replaced the mattress with a residential queen (which we then replaced with our own residential queen.) It is a little less space for walking around on the end, but it works for us and is worth it to have a full length bed - and we're not tall people!

I added a memory foam topper to my corner (double) bed. HOLY COW does that transform the mattress from "meh" to "ahhhhhhh........".
Then we just cover with a fitted double sheet set and regular comforter. Works just fine.

Even a Wally World topper can make a low-end mattress into something better than what one has at home. - DaHoseExplorerI added a memory foam topper to my corner (double) bed. HOLY COW does that transform the mattress from "meh" to "ahhhhhhh........".

I just put a mattress cover and bottom fitted sheet on (they also have straps that can help keep them on but I never have had to use since I have deep mattress sheets, I haven't had trouble keeping them on.) Then I just use a down comforter or quilt to just throw over sheets. No tucking or anything required.........this works for me. - bukhrnExplorer IIIHow do begin to make up one of those corner beds ?:?
- littlemoExplorerOur FR Sunseeker 2450 "C" has a 60X80 very nice pillowtop Serta. It is very comfortable.
- GreydennyhawkExplorerIf you have the bucks, go for a Jayco Seneca: standard is a KING bed!
- TyroneandGladysExplorerI think that the original poster meant was a residential size queen mattress which is 60x80. I have seen RV's with "Queen" size beds that measure 54X80 or 60X76 and other sizes. For example 2006 Tioga 26Q has a Queen bed but it measures 60X74 Floorplan
