I installed my SK-1000 on my prior 5th wheel myself. It had an Alpha roof system which recommends using Alpha sealant products. I didn't know at the time so I used Dicor non-leveling lap sealant as the main bead of sealant under the base of the antenna, and Dicor self leveling lap sealant over the top. Seemed to work fine on the Alpha roof.

I just installed an entire Alpha roof for friends of ours. The regular Dicor sealer will work but it causes the material to swell and balloon. The people who sold him the material also sold him the wrong sealant - I used it on one pipe vent and didn't like it even a little. He did have a few tubes of the new Dicor 2 part sealer that was just fantastic. He bought more to finish the job properly.
If I were doing any work on any TPO roof I'd use the proper sealer. They say with the other stuff it's just cosmetic and the swelling will go down. I still wouldn't use it.
