Insulating cargo/basement doors

So the one door I removed the cover from to hang wire racks for cleaning supplies was the only door without styrofoam insulation, don't understand that. It was one of the crossover storage doors on the passenger side. Got another question so will start another thread.

Even my old 94 Bounder has styrofoam inside the doors.

Mine are insulated already. I too, would be surprised if yours were not.....Dennis

My 98 DP had styrofoam and from what I can tell so has my 03 Sea Breeze.

A lot of MHs do not have anything in the basement doors, except for the so called "dead air space", and the outside and inside door material. Insulation would make a difference, but to do the job, require the door to be 1.5" thick to do any good.

Are you sure there us no insulation there now? I would be surprised if there is none in a HR.
