is 11 y/o original spare still a spare?

Come to think about it, the spare tire on our 1st motor home on a Toyota chassis, was the original. We owned the rig 24 years so the spare was 24 years old when we sold it. I never did use that spare, though I did keep the tire pressure proper just in-case.

I'm not suggesting anything......Just saying......
