I have Allstate also. While parked someone hit my car and drove off. I called Allstate. They had me take it to an Allstate claim center for an estimate. They issued me a check for the damages on the spot. Although it was a bit low the body shop I took it to called Allstate and had the claim adjusted. Might be the way to go for the Jeep.
