Jayco slide out awning rafters

When I needed a part for my rafter I contacted Carefree of Colorado directly and they were able to hook me up with what I needed. I happened to be traveling near Boulder Colorado at the time and I just went to the factory where I was able to get what I needed. I had spoke to them on the phone previously and they were going to ship what I needed to me but I knew that I was going to be there in 2 weeks so I just went and picked it up.

Start with getting serial number.

With your awning fully extended, standing under your awning with your back to the coach, there is a tag on the awning tube on the far left hand side or right. Or on awning arm. All info is contained in these numbers, model, style including color. Then go find parts after you know what model you have.

Carefree customer service was good to me, after I had serial number.

When in doubt, go with the manufacturer... When the manufacturer doesn't come through try ebay for china parts.
