Jensen Mobile Audio/ Monitor

Took delivery of the Itasca Suncruiser yesterday, and I am still getting familiar with the coach. I have several questions, and the first one is, How do you turn off the blue back light that illuminates the buttons around the perimeter of the radio? I tried holding the on/off button in for about 30 seconds, but it did not work. I fear it may drain the battery.

    It might drain the battery, but it would take about 16 months! LOL
    Very best of luck to you, and your new ride! when we had our last coach, the red light on the front TV bugged us at bed time( that's getting old for you) so I just put a small " no smoking " sticker over it!
    My old Jag has a flat tire light on the dash, so that also has black tape over it.

    I have a separate switch that powers the dash radio so that it can be controlled from the dash board or from the back of the coach. Check to see if you have a radio switch(s) located away from the radio face plate itself.

    Thank You all, it was the switch on the dash marked "coach" and " chassis". It was in the coach mode. A simple flip of the switch solved the problem.
