Kwikee electric steps not working properly

Question

Our electric steps are working but in reverse.Door closed,step is out.Door open,step is retracted.This started when my wife was dusting the dash and the step went out on it's own.We have been at our site here for 41/2 months with no problem.Can anyone help?

Do you also have a manual on/off switch for the door?  If so,  use it to reverse the sequence.Good luck and let us know if that works.

our friends step went crazy one time turned out to be a low battery.
