The gear ad shaft is available from Lippert the maker of the steps. If you lost the gear totally first is the gear just stripped? If the gear is gone the ay other parts are missing. If like mine the gear was stripped ( don’t let ,kids ride the steps)
To replace the gear I have found it better to remove the entire step assembly from the mh. Make sure to note the position of the gear
