Leveling issue on 2003 Monaco LaPalma

I am new to RVing. I purchased a use 2003 Monaco LaPalma.
I'm having an issue leveling the unit. I follow the instructions in the book and the jacks work just fine. When level, I turn the leveling system off and all is fine. The minute I turn the ignition switch off there is about a 1/2 to one second pause and all the jacks retract.

The system is from Power Gear, and I haven't been able to find any user group. There is no mention of a similar problem in the trouble shooting guide. I have checked and the fluid is full, and clean.

    I have never heard or had this type problem from a Powergear system. For ALL jacks to retract, that means something is activating all the jack solenoids at the same time. 2003 LaPalma--- is this Ford or Workhorse chassis? Doug

    Do you have the Emergency Brake set?...check that first,...below is a link to all their systems. Plug YOUR info in, model number etc. If all else fails, call Lippert. They have a tech support line.....Dennis
