- TucsonJimExplorer IIYes, the slides are completely adjustable. There are instructions on line. Look up specific instructions for your brand of slide.
- Bob___AnnExplorerAfter you close it have you tried extending it back out just a few inches and then re closing it? Sometimes that helps. Also some slides will re calibrate by extending it all of the way out and continue holding the button until the motor is totally silent.
- KPruittExplorerI have tried opening and closing. There is about 1/2 Inch gap on the bottom left coner.

Welcome new member. I would say that 1/2 inch is within tolerance. I think that all four of my slides have at least one corner that miss being flush by 1/2 inch. - TucsonJimExplorer IIIf it's only 1/2", it should be easy to adjust.
- DSDP_DonExplorerKPruitt......If you extend your large slide and look underneath, you'll see a stop that prevents it from going to far out and one that stops in from going to far in. The stop for what you want is going to be inside one of your bays. It's a bolt with a nut. Loosen the nut and move the bolt. Operate the slide and see if this solves your issue.
The large slide is run from one motor, through a transmission and out to a pair of drive shafts running in opposite directions from the transmission. On one of the drive shafts there are two zinc plates about the size of a silver dollar. These plates "clock" the slide so that both ends come in evenly. If after adjusting the bolt, the one end still doesn't want to come in, you may have to adjust this "clock" so that the one shaft is timed with the other.
Here is a post I did with photos and instructions: Slide Adjust - fcooperExplorerDSDP Don's link did not work for me, but I found it with a search on IRV2. The correct link is:
DSDP Don's Slide Repair
Thanks Don for great info. I've been working on my slide that looks exactly like your illustration, and now I have a few more ideas to check into. You've helped me better understand the operation of the slide.
