Newmar makes a good MOHO and Spartan is a good chassis. However, in that time frame Spartan was having issues with ball joint boots prematurely failing (rubber boots seem to rot away). Easy thing to check and if replacement is necessary, negotiate it in the price.
Also, as you identified all Travel Supreme's were supplied with a Spartan chassis, some with Cummins and some with CAT engines.
