- bituboExplorerMost hitch stores have adapters to reduce the receiver.
- cmarqExplorerThe dual 2 inch hitch adapter can be purchased at harbor freight cheaper than anywhere else. I have used one for 5 years on MH with the Swagman X2 rack. One of my better purchase in my life time
- supercubExplorerThanks for the replies, I bought a Swagman 64955 Looks like it will do the job.
Brian - wa8yxmExplorer IIINot that I know of but they do make a bike rack that has a 2" square collar mount that slides over the 2" bar you already have
And they make a "Dual hitch adapter" basically this is a 2" rise/drop (both at the same time) or a straight through /4" rise adapter.
Like this Amazon one - sch911ExplorerWhy not just put a hitch on the Toad? Much easier IMHO.
- janechucknicodeExplorerBrian, I just saw in a CURTIS TRAILER , Portland OR. catalog . a bolt on reciver that probably would do you good.
I welded mine up and introduced a long plate and U bolts to reinforce the back bumper. Just because we travel so far.
Have not seen a front ont that I would like yet.
Or it might have been Harbor Fright
Call them at 503-760-1363.
