Shayerk, it would be best for you to make a list and start at the top with the most important items that are essential. Actually, there might be two lists, one for 'chassis' and one for 'house'. And when buying used, maintenance is paramount.
Example:
Chassis-- Fiberglass roof, at least two air units, diesel, side radiator, ISC or greater engine....etc, etc.
House: 'the things that are important to you' whether it be a gas oven, bath and a half, etc.
