- Big_KatunaExplorer IISo Trimark sells cam locks that use the same keys as your storage bays..
You should have key codes on your OEM keys. - Big_KatunaExplorer IIMany DPs have this feature. We don't have a keypad but do have a FOB.
We don't use it as it randomly u programs itself so we had to carry a key anyway.
I don't carry all my keys once I'm set up. I have one door key on my every day key ring.
I have a ring with the outside keys hanging by the door when I need them. - MagillaGorillaExplorerWouldn't it be great if we had keyless entry or even a code lock for the camper door? Something like what Ford has on their cars. Punch in 5 numbers and it unlocks. No need to carry keys when you are camping.

Ignition key looks like a '60's GM.
The basement doors have a "double-sided key"
The fuel doors have something that looks like it's from a cheap padlock.
The entry door deadbolt is completely different. The main entry lock I never use because we have remotes for that, think it is different too.
Then we have the round ones to get into where the a/c condenser, trans cooler, and powergear motor are...
I think Monaco just liked locks.
And to make it worse, those double sided keys, at least mine, can not be made at a local hardware store. I have to take mine to a locksmith as Ace, True value, depot, OSH, all don't have the blank. - JimM68ExplorerMine, those lock cylinders are all different...

One less key.
Trimark door lock is pricey. I only use one lock, don't carry the dead bolt key but have a full set hidden outside.
One less key.
Why carry the ignition key when your not driving?
One less key. - BillinwoodlandExplorerDrives me nuts with my Monarch. At least all the basement doors are keyed the same.
Bill - 10forty2ExplorerYep...got all those keys too. Only solution is to replace all the locks. I posted the same frustration a while back and the only answers I got was that most MH manufacturers have several different parts suppliers to build one MH and as such they buy access doors from different suppliers with different locks. The interesting/scary thing is that I'll be willing to bet that my keys would fit and work in some of your locks.....
- Dutch_12078Explorer IIFind a good locksmith and see if he can rekey enough locks to use the same profile key.
