Someone who subscribes to Dish or DirecTV at home and moves an receiver to their RV when they travel boosts the income at Dish or DirecTV by exactly ZERO dollars.
Bill, I understand the point you're making but it doesn't really apply to us. If we could not move the receiver then there would be no receiver and DTV would be out our monthly payment to them. Most likely we would be using OTA with a recorder. We might also be looking for a satellite setup that we could cancel and restart at will if one exists.
So DTV loses as does the dish vendor for the RV, etc. Just a different way of looking at it...
