looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows

I found out that this horrible squeek was coming from the two tall plastic trim pieces that attach to each side of the interior windshield. They attach with three screws and are easy to remove. I tried silicone and also vaseline, but it still squeeks. When you remove it you will see they removed the excess molded material with a very rough cut saw or grinder, so the edge is VERY rough, so it makes noise when it rubs.

Any suggestions on a lubicant that would be thick enough to overcome this problem??
