Looking to purchase Class C bunkhouse
Hello all, My wife and I have been searching for over a year now and haven't found anything that really fits. Everything we look at seems to come pretty close, but none of them really fit the bill....

We did look at the 35UP. The rig is significantly more expensive than the class C like the Greyhawk 31FS. The other thing with the 35UP is the rear bedroom has basically no closet space. The bunk beds take the place of the closets.
Other than that, I did really like the layout. The coach I believe only weighed like 17,400lbs. on a 22k GVWR and a 26k GCWR which is plenty of room for towing.
A Greyhawk 31FS is $80k with incentives and the Precept is over $100k.
The Greyhawk has a 14.5k GVRW with UVW approaching 12k on a 22k GCWR, which still leaves me plenty of room for towing.
Coachman has the 310BH, which has some really nice features. The price is really good as well, but they seem to have a lot of issues and lots of comments from dealers about them being the cheapo entry model. Then again, each place I go to has their own bashing session for each manufacturer. General RV was bashing Jayco and the other place was having words for Fleetwood/Holiday.
I'm just not sure whether it is worthwhile to buy a used one for $20k less and spend $3-4k having an inverter system installed with solar.
