LP Generator won't shut OFF?

Hello all!

First Class A with an LP generator. It runs great...that's the problem. It won't shut down. I have the load off it. I have used the dash switch, the range hood switch and the switch on the actual generator. It is a 1998 Vintage. Only way to shut it off is to turn off the propane tank and let it run out of fuel.

Any suggestions?

    Engine will not shutoff at the switch.
    My manual indicates the set control start/stop switch (S1) is faulty.

    Moving the switch to "stop" grounds 2 resistors, in the control circuit, which shuts off fuel and ignition.

    Early models with "Spec A" designation, the shutdown is controlled by relay K5 on the control board.

    I think that is pretty much how it is supposed to shut off only the switch should do it rather than you shutting off lp at the track
