Mercedes class A???

So we were in the U.P. (Munising MI.). seen this and thought it was cool. first time I ever seen one.



I wish I could`ve gotten a better pic. not sure what the year is, I think mid 70`s?

    my recent acquisition is a first cousin to that vehicle... a 1967 Mercedes L406d which has been converted to a camper here:

    After doing a quick search, I think it is an old Hymer Motor Home from Germany, the company is still in business it seems. it looks to be around a 1980 model. from what I`m reading they call these a class B, although it looks like a small class A. either way it is very cool!
