Mold in shower

We have a molded shower in our Winnebago Journey. I get black mildew or mold on the caulking below the molded shower panel. I have tried spraying bleach on it but the black is still there.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Yep, all that bleach in the city water supply is not going to keep any of these things sanitized.
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

Like stated above, most likely under the caulking. I build/remodel/design kitchens and bathrooms for a living, and have been dealing with calls about this in peoples homes for many, many years. Do it right the first time, or you will be doing it again. Remove all caulking in the entire shower, scrub the seams best you can with a toothbrush or something similar, not too abrasive, treat the area heavily with mold treatment (Home Depot or Lowes) or bleach/water, scrub while wet, clean up best you can, spray again and let dry, this is the secret.... must be completely dry! Run fans over night if you have to. Then you can re-caulk. This will hopefully keep it looking good for many years!

When you are using the bleach to purify your tank, lines etc. Don't forget to do the inside of your water hose. Just disconnect at the faucet - put some bleach inside the hose, reconnect, let hose fill with water and sit. Do not run faucets until it has been able to sit in the hose for awhile. Don't ever look inside one if you never do this.

Two suggestions:
First tackle the mold with Oxyclean and a toothbrush. Make a paste and rub it in and let it sit for a few hours (throw out the toothbrush!), then spray the area with Concrobium and let it dry. Concrobium can be purchased at many hardware stores.
BTW, if the mold doesn't come clean with step 1 it is below the caulk as others have said.

My surround had a label that warned against using citrus based cleaners on it. So you may want to avoid those.

I have some black caulking that shows just a little around the shower at the top where the shower meets the wall. Even after 7 years I still have to double check but there is no mold. It's the color of the caulking. Double check yours. Could be the same material.

About every three months when I change our fresh water filter I fill the filter housing about 1/2 full of bleach and then fill our 100 gallon water tank with water. We then disconnect from the city water supply and use the water from the tank. This puts bleach water through all our pipes and down all our drains. The amount of bleach does not seem to hurt our pipes or ourselves. Everything smells great and no mold. A word of caution: You may have to adjust the amount of bleach according to your water tank size.

Put paper towels soaked with bleach on the moldy spots and leave for a while. Saw them do this on a cruise ship. Worked well.
