National Sea Breeze bedroom slide gears

2004 National Sea Breeze bedroom slide gears chewed up. Has a Von Weise motor which is fine. I’ve been searching for replacement. Does not seem to be replacement gear assembly available that I’ve found. Mine is a small black box attached to the motor at 90 deg. I’ve seen where there have been replacement motor assembly connected directly to rail. Not using the gear assembly.
I would appreciate any assistance in locating the upgraded slide assembly.

Does it look like this slide out gear/motor assembly used in the 05 Dolphin.
If so, I had problems with the brass gear losing teeth. I tried a steal replacement gear but is too brittle and also broke. The gear needed was a Martin WB1220 that requires the bore to be drilled out from 1/2" to 5/8" and a 1/4" hole drilled for the roll pin. I found replacement gears in brass or steal but that was 4 to 5 years ago now, I see they are still listed.

Follow up on bedroom slide out issue. I was able to find the replacement motor assembly. It is a RBW upgrade that was replacing the old units when National was still in business. I found and contacted Temecula Valley RV. They have access to the upgrade. Not cheep! But, it appears to be the only parts out there. Only other option is to rebuild the small black gear box. I think some have done that. Thanks to this group, a great resource.

Thanks, I’ve been there. I’ve contacted Weise directly. All kinds of motor assemblies. Nothing that will work for my application.
As I said, I’ve seen pictures of an upgrade for the Sea Breeze bedroom that doesn’t have the gearbox. It’s a complete different motor assembly. I’m hoping someone might be familiar with the updated assembly and a source. I’ll find the pictures and post

Is it a Power Gear?
Model of RV makes no difference, just the model of the slide.

I googled "Von Weise 12V motor gear set" and got all kinds of hits.
Might try that.
