The areas around the windows on the driver side appear to be delaminated. The underlayers have separated. It is expensive to repair and if rot is underneath the fiberglass panels then it could be a very major problem. It is a sign of a leak (usually roof leak). Is the leak still active?.
If you decide to buy you are looking at a bill of about $3000.00 to repair the damage. That does not include curing the leak.
I find the price for the condition a bit high.
