Any rig you get in the age range you are looking at will most likely need new tires. EVEN IF THE TREAD LOOKS NEW the life span of an RV tire is about 6-7 years.
They rot before wear out and you usually cannot see the rot. So plan on 750-1000 for new tires immediately. A blowout can cause severe body damage
