I have a friend who owns a trucking company in CA and has been getting updates on new emissions standards for diesel engines.The idiots are proposing new laws that would be retro-active for all diesel engines that would require a conversion to the "blue fluid" for all trucks and RV's, even if they are not registered in CA.They would fine any Diesel truck or RV that enters the state that has not had the conversion kit applied. Unreal !Keep a look out for news on this going forward and lets see if we can kill this nonsense before it gets wings.
