I called Michelin yesterday to enquire about the recall. They set up an "account" with my name, address, phone #, vehicle type, make and year. They said tires in question will be replaced with balance and mounting included. Since my RV sits in a snow bank stored for the winter, I asked if there was a time frame for the recall. Since it is a safety recall, there is no time frame. Waiting until spring is no problem. Forgot to ask if they are replacing tires with the same tire or can you get the M/S2. Will be checking it out and talking to a couple of Michelin dealers this week. I would call Michelin and open an account just to be safe before you attempt to get these tires replaced.
