New Minnie Winnie water in storage cabinets outside

Just bought a MW 31K in Washington State and drove it home to Alaska. After driving in rain condition I found water in storage cabinets primarily in front of the wheel wells. Anyone hear or see this before? Thank you,

I had this on a new 2003 Minnie, needed to adjust the latches so the seals made good contact. Dick
