Hi Erroll, I remember our 23RB days , hope all is well with you and your family.
We made the same decision because of our tight street and purchased a 24' non slide unit. We now are able to get back into those day trips that we always enjoyed with our TC's and B's. We miss the room of our TT but we get so much use from our small class C.
