New Sumitomo Tire Issue

Long time reader, recent member, now my second post. Moderator PLEASE move if I'm in the wrong forum.
Please see attached pics on a 3 month new 245/75/22.5 Sumitomo tire. I purchase two new tires in Vegas as part of a deal when I purchased my DP from a private party. Then purchased 4 more new tires for the back axle. All tires have 3112 DOT dates except one with a DOT of 3012. ONLY the outside rear tire ,passenger side, has these deep long cracks that run closer to the rim than the top of tire.
I will talk to Tire store in the morning and expect BS. has anyone had a similar experience?
