Hankook — tire brand
LT — "Light truck" series tire
225/75R16 — tire size: 225 mm width, 75 aspect ratio, 16" wheel diameter. (The aspect ratio is the ratio of the sidewall height to the tread width, in percent. A bigger number generally means a taller sidewall.)
Don't ask me why tire sizes are expressed using a metric measurement, a dimensionless measurement, and an imperial measurement, but they are.
Somewhere it probably also says a load range of "E" and a maximum pressure of 80 psi. That's a standard tire size for many light/medium duty trucks and vans.
