I am a little late replying to this post but we did make our first Class A RV trip with our 3 dogs to DeSoto State Park in October. We have 2 American bulldogs and German shepherd mix. The trip went great, the park was beautiful, the sites spacious. Despite rainy weather the whole weekend we still were able to walk them quite often and they behaved wonderfully! We biked a little and hiked some and they did fine in the coach for a long as we were gone. We always have a pig ear or some other treat for them to gnaw on while we are gone. We are looking forward to camping more this year.
