Sorry Casey but you're not going to get anything but a fixer upper for $12k in a 2000 model year MH. Certainly not full time ready for that price. Like wny_pat said, plan on doubling that getting it up to speed. Upping it to $15k doesn't get too much better. Everyone has their own levels of comfort, but I wouldn't do it for any less than $40k and the coach would have to be perfect. Meaning residential fridge, big inverter, big battery bank, solar, new/newer appliances, new tires, exceptionally maintained, etc. AND I would spend a few YEARS looking for that right one at that. I spend three years just looking for the right car to buy (two years figuring out which one I want and one more looking for it).
