No power from house batterys

I'm fine with shore power but I don't seem to be getting any power from the house battery's(2). Was working. Any idea's.

Do you have a generator and is that supplying house power.

If the switch is on then i would ,
Remove the cables to the battery and check the voltage. 12.6 - 12.8 range would be a fully charged battery.

If there is no 12v power once you replace the cables, i would check the fuses and make sure the ground connection off the neg battery terminal to the chassis ground is clean.

Check the voltage at the house batteries. Is the battery switch turned on?
