All PC models are a consistent 93" wide but you do have to add at least 4" for the illuminated entry door handle. The shorter/lighter models built on the E350 are only 9'-10" to the tippy-top of the a/c unit. The longer models built on the E450 & the shorter models on the Sprinter are all 3" taller at only 10'-1" high. With the nicely angled aerodynamic transition walls and B+ cap, PCs cut through wind better than most.
Here is our older PC model 2350 on a 2007 E350 chassis. Note the entry door handle sticking out.
