Norcold n811r fridge

Hi all I have a norcold n811r that runs fine on gas,the other day I was parked up for a week plugged into a shore line with the fridge turned on to auto it ran fine for three or four days but now the gas has lite up for no reason while still plugged into the shoreline.WHY.

    The 120 voltage is not at the refer. The refer on AUTO, goes to 120, when 120 is removed, it lights on LP. So, you have a problem with 120 to the refer. If the 120 receptacle accessed at the outside refer access door has 120, then the problem is in the refer controls. If that receptacle has no 120, then the problem is in your RV. Either a breaker is tripped or a GFCI is tripped. Doug
