In preparation for buying a class A I was just looking into service options. You can search through Ford commercial service online and the various dealers list what type of equipment they can work on (class A, class C, F650, dump trucks, etc.). They also list the size/length of service bays and lift capacity. My take away was to either search this way or just call a dealer in an area I need service and I'd have to think if they can't help you the service writer would know a nearby dealer to send you to, if there is one.
