That is exactly what I was going to say. When we moved to our present location 7 years ago, I needed a place for the MH to be serviced. About a mile from the house I saw a place that had everything from school busses, to backhoes, to MHs, to classic cars... Labor rate is reasonable and techs are knowledgeable. They keep a computer file on the MH. When I show up for scheduled work, they already have filters, etc. on hand.
School busses are always a good sign. School districts look for best prices and considering the liability of transporting children the shop isn't going to cut corners.
