I checked my RV over pretty good before I bought it and saw no water damage/rot. Doing some work and oh my found some rot. The bottom 2x2 around the edge of the floor was rotten. The 2X2 at the bottom of the wall it is attached to is fine. Color me confused.
There are no signs of rot in the overcab when I purchased mine, clean as a whistle. After a year or so rust marks started to show in the overcab aluminum and got worse and are now holes. Other than that the inside is clean, no water stains no plywood coming apart, nothing, nada, zilch. Pull trim screws on the side and they are rusted away!
