Newbie here. Just bought my first RV. Started out wanting Class A. Wife wanted a big one. Days of research revealed that It may not be the romantic adventure she envisioned. We don't want to be campers, more like travelers, but not full time. It seemed like everywhere we would go we would be herded into a campground or RV park. When we go to the beach, we want to park at the beach. So I convinced the wife that for our style, we had to get a class B so we would could park anywhere. But she wouldn't even look at a class B shower and they just aren't big enough for us. We ended up with a Pleasure way Pursuit that is roomier than a standard B, has a real shower, and still fits in a standard parking spot. The point is, I never looked at Class C so if there was no B+ category, and the Pursuit was strictly classified as a C, I never would have seen what is I hope the perfect size for us.
I like your choice: Pleasure-way quality and perfect size, 22ft. Parking should be no problem. Congratulations
