Well...ONLY from Experience at the Watkins Glen, NY Racetrack (camping) up there, there are two sections. "Family" and....everyone else. "Family" has quiet hours...seems to be a bit more civilized and the "everyone else" is simply PARTY TIME! If you want fun (booze and more?) and absolutely minimal sleep..."everyone else" is for you. Been there, done both. Never saw any real trouble at either.
Phoenix MIGHT be the same way. Don't know. Personally, I might go for the "reserved' sections (I'm somewhat older now....). How about that section where the motorhomes overlook the track ? THAT looks very interesting. Probably VERY $$$ too! Let us know.
