I had the same problem and found a plastic reducer washer, where the flexible hose attached to the faucet on the wall. Drilled out the hole in the reducer, a small bit at a time, till I got the pressure I wanted. Of course the 6 gallons of hot water doesn't last as long with the higher pressure/volume. But a good trade off, IMHO.

Did the same thing on the one in 5th wheel.
Now that we have a house again......yep, did it to them also.
Big improvement in flow. Dang flow resisters.
