Power gear Leveler Low Voltage

I own a 38' Fleetwood Expedition Diesel Pusher. Just parked it at the house yesterday. I went to Level it out. I have the Power gear leveling system. It showed me a low voltage indicator and it stayed on even though my batteries show a full charge.
I checked the control panel under the coach and my voltage meter shows no power is getting to the leveling system. I can't figure out what is causing it. If it helps, here is a picture of the model of Power gear that I have
  • Check the fuse and all electrical connections. No power indicates an open circuit.
  • Is your engine running? Even if I have just turned my engine off, the power gear control pad almost always displays low voltage. I believe in order to prevent the hydrualic pump from draining the battery, the controller needs to see at least a charging level voltage (¿13+ volts?) Before it will work. Just my $0.02
