PPL motorhomes

Have any of you ever purchased through PPL? I am wondering if it's worth a trip from So Cal to look at a couple of motorhomes. I have seen a couple on their site that interest me, but I am reluctant to fly there based on pictures alone. I would appreciate hearing about your experience, would you buy from them again? Should I pay a few thousand more and buy locally???? It's a long way to go based on a picture.

I have not bought from them. I have talked and emailed them a few timesabout a few coaches they had I was interested in.Seemed ok....

We never bought anything but did a lot of communications with them found them very forward about releasing info on the units we liked. We goggled RV repairs in that zip code and found a few places that would do inspections for us. Might try that.
