rear suspension on W24 chassis

I am looking at an 06 mountain aire with the W24 chassis 13K miles.Rear passenger side is aprox 1.25 inches lower then the driver side.Any comments on the cause of the lean and what is the proper correction?
shocks, springs or air bags. Thanks
