Rear Trac Bar for 1995 F-53??

Back in 2004,I managed to buy a rear track bar for a 1996 Newmar on a Ford F53 chassis (and it helped the stability). I purchased from a company named "P & E Industries", but a google search for P & E industries just now didn't find much.

There are several plans for making your own that can be found.

My experience was that the rear track bar helped a lot more than the front track bar, and I installed both.

The rear spring stack on older (460) F53s is more like a truck and didn't allow for excessive lateral rear end movement. A rear track bar is not needed. I made the mistake of installing a read track bar on my 95 F53 and it made no difference in handling. Use the money saved to take your wife out on the town.

Super Steer list one but only for the 20 and 22K rear end.

Go to a good welding shop and tell them what you want. They can make it better and cheaper. I made all my own front and rear for under 120.00 $.
