Recommendations for 1990's model 22' Class C RV

I would check out the 24' Lazy Daze. They have 2 different floor plans. They are not hard to find in California as they are made in Montclair. Both could probably be configured to be usable for your purpose. You could also retro fit one of the front seats (depending on floor plan) with a swivel base to provide another place to sit and possibly make a drop down desk area for when seat swiveled.
