Agree with above. Also do an advanced search on Ebay and it will tell you what they actually sold for. What buyers are willing to pay and sellers asking prices are way different!- Looks like Low Retail on Nada (2006 Beaver Monterey Laguna 40' Quad slide 400 HP) is just over $100,000.

Go to NADA.com and look yours up
Check for comparable rigs on RVT.com - Several for sale on rvt.net for 135,000 to 145,000
