The truck driver stated HE was going 70mph. Estimates on the Moho was, IIRC, 80mph based on the 13 second video counting the number of center line stripes he passed while on tape. Way too fast for conditions AND speed rating of his tires...glad they weren't killed but the onus falls directly on the driver...:S
